Use these standard seating rules to organize your layout smoothly:

  • The Head Table (Main Table): The Quinceañera sits in the center. Her parents typically sit next to her, followed by the Padrinos de Honor. If the Court of Honor (Damas and Chambelanes) joins, they sit extending outwards on the sides.
  • VIP Tables (Front Row): Reserve the tables closest to the dance floor and head table for immediate family, grandparents, and close VIP sponsors (Padrinos/Madrinas).
  • Friends & Youth: Seat younger guests, school friends, and the rest of the Court of Honor (if not at the head table) near the dance floor or DJ/music area.
  • Older Guests: Keep grandparents and elderly guests seated slightly away from the loud speakers, preferably with clear sightlines to the center stage.
  • Handicap Accessible (New Feature!): Click the icon next to a seat to mark it as handicap accessible. When a guest is seated there, the table will be marked with a blue badge to ensure it is placed with easy access to exits and bathrooms.
