Can I return a Dress that I purchased?

ALL SALE ITEMS, AND CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

We our so excited that you are planning a trip to our formal dress shop. We are a full assistance boutique with a dressing room. At this time we are no longer doing private appointments during store hours due to the amount of no shows.

We are only taking walk-ins first come first serve.

We are a full assistance boutique with ten dressing rooms. Due to it being peak season we often can go on a long wait (especially on weekends).

Please plan your time accordingly when visiting us to ensure the best and most memorable dress shopping experience. For clients that do require a private appointment, we are limited to doing them 1 hour prior to our store opening.

We also offer this private appointment option for our guests that maybe are immune compromised or those that would like to bring more than 2 guest.

Appointments are limited to availabilty of the staff. Please email the store manager at hello@quinceaneras.store for more information.

We ask that no more than 2 guest per client (for a party of 3) for all walk-ins.

The space around our dressing rooms are limited and we can only accomodate 2 guests in our seating area.

To Our guests of the clients get to enjoy sitting in our staging areas where they can enjoy watching the clients in their dress choices.

TWe ask that our high-school girls shop with their parents. Girls without parents will be limited to a maximum of trying on 3 styles.

*All children MUST be supervised at all times in our store and remain with you at ALL times.

Store Hours:Monday- Friday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PMSaturday: 11:00 AM-6:00 PM

What if I damage something that I’ve Rent??

If the item is damaged or never returned, we will be apply a full charge of the Original Price of the Dress.

Can I alter the Dress if I rented?

We do not allow any alterations on any of our rental items. Of course, if it is an item you love we do give you the option to purchase it and then you can make changes to it as you see fit.

Need just to Rent the Dress

Yes , security deposit is require minimum of 250.00 for each dress returnable the same day of the dresses are returned and the condition is checked.

All of our (RENT) Dresses are either new or like new condition. Cleaning and sanitize.

We strive to have the best quality in our dresses, but remember, in case you return the dress with Cosmetic marks or broken the security deposit will not returned.
