We strive to have the best quality in our dresses, but remember, in case you return the dress with cosmetic marks or broken the security deposit will not returned.
We offer 6, 12, and 18-months payment plans. We can work with you to determine which monthly payment works for you. Just let us know at the time of package selection so we can accommodate your individual needs.
To order your Quinceañera dress 50% deposit is required either as one time 50% payment or accumulated on your payment plan.

We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any purchases in store or special orders. We do not offer refunds.
We take walkin client's throughout the year. Due to the size of our store, we ask that you limit the amount of people to your group to 3 per party. So, you can bring yourself and 2 guest. This is due to the sitting room area's capacity located by the dressing rooms for viewing. Don't worry dads and padrinos are welcome, we just have a special designated area for them to sit. They will be close by, just not directly in front of the dressing rooms for privacy reasons :).
Please note that we are unable to accommodate large groups of girls without parents, Please limit your group to 3 or less. During peak season, you and your friends maybe asked to share a fitting room as we will have guest with their parents and grandparents and young children we are also trying to accommodate. We appreciate your understanding.

Dresses are made to a standard measurement, based on the manufacturer’s size chart, and to get the perfect fit, your dress will most likely require alterations, especially a hem and taking up straps are to be expected. When picking a dress in store, we will take measurements using the specific designer size chart for the gown you wish to buy. We recommend selecting the largest size based on your measurement and the size chart. Dresses can almost always be taken in to fit you but letting dresses out is exceptionally challenging. WE DO NOT OFFER ALTERATIONS AT THIS TIME.
We accept cash, checks, Apple Pay, , Zelle and credit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Personal checks are not accepted for final payments.

Since it takes about 6 to 8 Months to have the dress made and delivered, we would recommend you order the dress 4 to 6 Months before the event, in case of any alternations.
If the color that you wish the dress to be made in is not listed in the color cart, please contact our customer service and send us some pictures of the color you desire, we'll check if that color is available.

No, we do not offer everything on our website in our store as we have limited space. However, we do try to keep our gowns in-stock at all times to have a large selection of styles and price points. We offer a nice selection in store of designer quinceaneras. We also have a beautiful and large selection of Quinceanera dresses (we attempt to keep 200 quince dresses in-stock at all times).
We do note on the website whether an item is in-stock in our store or available with the designer, that way you know what is available. Please remember, on occasion an item may sell prior to being able to remove it from the website.
These dresses sell out fast each season and re-order is very limited. Due to limited spacing. We also have their swatch cards to see all the amazing color options you can choose from.

We have found that it works best for our customers to have them place their orders over the website. This way we have a paper trail of your order. You get a written order copy and so do we! That way we receive the pertinent details about your order such as the size, colors and shipping address all in writing. Please keep a copy of your order, that way if you need to call in, you have a reference number to refer back to. Also, please double check your order prior to confirming the last step.

At this time we are no longer doing private appointments during store hours due to the amount of no shows. We are only taking walk-ins first come first serve. We are a full assistance boutique with ten dressing rooms. Due to it being peak season we often can go on a long wait (especially on weekends). Please plan your time accordingly when visiting us to ensure the best and most memorable dress shopping experience.For clients that do require a private appointment, we are limited to doing them 1 hour prior to our store opening. There is a $50 fee / non refundable deposit seperate from your dress purchase. This is because we are opening up our store one full hour prior to opening just for you. We offer this private appointment option for our guests that maybe are immune compromised or those that would like to bring more than 2 guest. Appointments are limited to availabilty of the staff. We ask that no more than 2 guest per client (for a party of 3) for all walk-ins. The space around our dressing rooms are limited and we can only accomodate 2 guests in our seating area. Our guests of the clients get to enjoy sitting in our staging areas where they can enjoy watching the clients in their dress choices. The stylist will do all of the work so you can sit back and relax and have fun. Should more family and friends come, they can enjoy the front lounge area or stroll our really unique Oviedo Mall.
We ask that our high-school girls shop with their parents. Girls without parents will be limited to a maximum of trying on 3 styles.

Upon arrival, we will register and check you in.
After checking in, you will be able to start shopping for your first top 3 styles you would like to try on. After you have made your top 3 choices, you will then be assigned your own private dressing room and dressing room stylist/attendant. Please note, we often can go on a wait of up to 2 hours during peak season. Please plan your time accordingly to ensure you have the proper time to shop. We understand it can be frustrating to go on a wait, but when it is your turn you will appreciate the service you get during that 60 minute time slot when it is your turn. We strive to make it the most memorable experience possible, we know just how special our clients are.
Should we go on a long wait, you can also enjoy browsing around the mall or grab a bite to eat. Should you need formal shoes as well, we love the shoe store right across from us. Also, we have a really cool arcade with mini bowling within the mall and lots of other unique specialty shops to browse.
If all ten dressing rooms are already occupied with a client when you arrive, you will then be put on the wait list. Once on the wait list, you will still be able to browse through the store and get familiar with the layout and your options. You will still select your 3 top dress choices. We will then put your 3 top choices on the wait list rack so, as a room comes open you will be ready to go.
Once you have your private dressing room, your stylist will assist you in and out of all your dress choices (zipping, hooking etc). Clients are NOT permitted to do this to prevent damages. Once you have your assigned private room, we allow our clients a maximum 45 minutes. Depending on how long you take to try on your first 3 choices will dictate how many more styles you can try on. We encourage you to try on as many as you can in this time frame, while saving your very favorite choices to re-try on to make your final selection. We strongly suggest you reserve the last 5-10 minutes to re-try on your very favorites.
We also register our dresses so no 2 alike of same style & color go to the same school. Our stylists will check the registry for you prior to purchase! Please note our dress registry is for our in-store local boutique clients only.

By renting a dresses with us , you are authorizing our company to collect your personal information to provide you with a safe and effortless transaction. We only collect information necessary for your purchase such as your name, email, mailing, billing addresses, phone number and method of payments.

We do not allow any alterations on any of our rental items.Of course, if it is an item you love we do give you the option to purchase it and then you can make changes to it as you see fit.
Our rental terms are charged per day at a daily rate. You can choose to rent anywhere from 1 day up to 3 days or longer if you will be traveling.
When you return something late, it means the next person who was planning on wearing that style no longer can.Returns must be dropped off (read the return date specified in your order.) You are liable for any late fees incurred, regardless of any third party involved with the return.
Do not leave your returns with any third party (for example, your hotel, mailroom or friend).Late fee(s) of up to $50 per day will be charged to your card on file for each order that is not returned on time.If you have not returned a rental item within 4 days after the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return and Quinceaneras Store will charge your payment method on file the then current 'to buy' price + tax for each item minus previously paid late fees and sales tax.
